THE CONSUMER'S RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURN OF PRODUCTS)
1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, i.e. to return a Good or to cancel a Service, within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason and without incurring any costs other than delivery costs. Thus, according to GEO 34/2014, the period for returning a Good or renouncing a Service expires within 14 days from:
2. If the Buyer decides to withdraw from the Contract, he may send an email with his request to: website@mynb.eu or contact the Seller by phone at: 0212017154. Regardless of how the Buyer chooses to inform the Seller of the intention to return the goods, the form available HERE must be completed and submitted in order to process the return request.
3. If the Buyer requests withdrawal from the Contract within the legal withdrawal period, the Buyer must also return any gifts that accompanied the goods. If the Order is paid for, the Seller shall refund the amount within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the Buyer's informing the Seller of its decision to withdraw from the Contract and after receipt by the Seller of the Product returned by the Buyer. The amount will be returned as follows:
Decrease in value of returned goods
5. Since, in the case of distance sales, the Buyer does not have the opportunity to inspect the Goods prior to the conclusion of the contract, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract. For the same reason, the Buyer is allowed to test and check the Goods he has purchased to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods.
6. In order to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods, the Buyer must handle and inspect them in the same way as it would be permitted to do in an actual physical store. For example: the Buyer need only try on an item of clothing, not wear it to various occasions. Similarly, the shopper only needs to power, turn on and (if applicable) set up a piece of equipment, not physically install it (with screws or similar devices).
7. The Buyer shall only be liable for any diminution in value of the Goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, qualities and functioning of the Goods.
8. If the Buyer exercises his right of withdrawal after having used the Goods to an extent exceeding the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functioning, the Buyer shall be liable for any diminution in value of the Goods.
9. The accessories (user manuals, CDs, cables, etc.) contained in the box of the Goods as well as the original packaging of the Goods are an integral part of the Goods. As a result, the Buyer is obliged, when exercising his right of withdrawal from the contract, to return it in its original undamaged packaging, protected by stretch plastic wrapping or packed in a cardboard box (without labels stuck on it, without cuts, tears, etc.) and together with all its accessories.
10. Returned goods showing signs of wear and tear (stains, scratches, bends, cracks, dents, etc.) will be accepted only after they have been brought into conformity, involving the costs of sanitising, cosmetising, repairing, replacing any damaged parts and bringing them into a commercial form for sale as a Reconditioned / Resealed product. The final value is determined by the value of the parts to be replaced and the labour for refurbishment or as the difference between the original value of the new product and the resale value of the used product.
11. Any diminution in value of the Goods resulting from their handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, qualities and functioning of the Goods shall be the responsibility of the Buyer. For clarity, from the total price of the returned Goods, the Seller shall retain an amount of money, representing the diminution in value of the Goods, in the proportion of 5%-50% of the original value of the Goods, as the case may be. The amount of the reduction fee, calculated in accordance with Article 5, shall be communicated to the Buyer after receipt of the returned Goods.
Costs of transport of the Goods
12. The costs of transporting (delivering) the Goods shall not be refunded if the Buyer decides to withdraw from the contract.
13. The Buyer shall send the returned goods to the address indicated by the Seller by courier. The Buyer is fully responsible for the transmission of the returned goods to the Seller (including the cost thereof).
