The level is based on high-performance and efficient NIVEL laser technology, ensuring highly accurate measurements. The NL340R DIGITAL establishes the horizontal plane (including slopes on 2 axes), while the centering laser beam determines the vertical axis or right angles. The laser provides excellent performance over long distances (working range of 500 m) in difficult site conditions – it levels quickly and is resistant to ground vibrations.

The NL340R DIGITAL is supplied as standard with a digital receiver that displays elevation differences numerically. This significantly simplifies and speeds up measurements. The level is equipped with an intuitive interface and LCD display.

Fast and easy measurements

The NL340R DIGITAL level features a self-levelling function. Once switched on, the instrument automatically levels itself and is immediately ready for use. The generated laser beam is highly visible. When projected onto a surface, it creates a reference line for the horizontal plane. Together with the receiver and laser staff, it provides accurate levelling for measurements carried out by a single operator.

Versatile applications

The instrument enables work with a horizontal laser beam. The plane can be tilted digitally in one or two directions, allowing the laser to be used for tasks such as pouring foundations or levelling and preparing surfaces for sports fields, paving or roads – ensuring proper water drainage according to the designed slopes.

For construction work, the vertical centering laser located along the rotation axis of the generated laser beam is particularly useful. This functionality provides precise laser alignment when working at right angles or transferring reference points (the vertical beam is projected both downward and upward simultaneously). For outdoor work and longer distances, the laser receiver enables signal detection over a working diameter of up to 500 m.

Precise and reliable instrument

The level is equipped with an electronic compensator to eliminate vibrations and ensure precise levelling of the laser plane. An electronic compensator is significantly more accurate than a magnetic one. This is particularly important for construction measurements where the ground may vibrate due to the operation of heavy machinery. As a result, the NL340R provides reliable and accurate measurements even under these conditions.

The instrument is resistant to dust and water, as confirmed by its IP54 protection rating. In addition, the rotating laser head is protected by a metal shield, while the laser housing is equipped with rubber corners designed to absorb accidental impacts and protect the instrument from damage.

Comfortable operation

The NL340R features an intuitive control panel. Functions, including slope adjustment, are controlled manually. The laser can be powered by a high-capacity 8000 mAh rechargeable battery or directly from the mains power supply. The compact housing with practical handles makes the unit easy to set up on site and convenient to transport.
