Delivery

1    The Seller undertakes to dispatch the Goods and Services to the Buyer by courier or to hand them over personally at one of its registered business locations.

Shipping - Packaging
2    Unless otherwise expressly agreed between the Seller and the Buyer, the Seller shall be released from the risks and responsibilities associated with the Goods and Services upon handing them over to the courier company with which the Seller collaborates. The Seller shall ensure that the Goods and Services are properly packaged and that the accompanying documents are provided on a durable medium (printed / by email or made available on the website in the Buyer's account). The Seller shall deliver the Goods and Services within Romania.

On-site Services
3    At the Buyer's express request, the Seller may provide services consisting of unloading, installation, commissioning and acceptance of delivery. The price, payment terms and conditions for the provision of such services shall be negotiated directly between the Seller and the Buyer.

Package Opening upon Delivery
4    At the Buyer's express request, or free of charge for certain products, the Seller may offer a package opening upon delivery service. This service allows the Buyer, upon receipt of the package, to check both the condition of the outer packaging and the visual condition of its contents. The recipient's signature confirms that the products have been delivered in proper condition.

Delivery Conditions:
5    Delivery shall be carried out by the Seller using courier services authorised to operate in Romania, including, but not limited to, Sameday, Fan Courier, DPD and Cargus.

6    The Seller shall hand over the products to the courier within a maximum of 2 business days from the date on which the products become available in the Seller's warehouse.

7    The cost of product delivery is:
- RON 19 for deliveries within Romania of products weighing up to 3 kg
- RON 0 for orders with a value exceeding RON 1,500
- between RON 19 and RON 36 for deliveries to other European Union Member States
